Domestic Shipping Information

Q: What shipping methods do you offer?

A): We currently offer USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service).

Q: How much is shipping going to cost?

A):when you add an item to your basket click checkout now.enter your

Billing Address and Shipping Address and on the following page it will estimate your shipping..
All of my items is estimated by ounces.so if it is a 2 pound item..when you add to basket the weight will say 0.32..if it is 10 pounds it will say 1.60..
When you go to checkout and one of the shipping options has no price,that means that shipping option is not available(It has exceeded the weight for that option)
USPS First Class Mail can only ship up to 13 ounce..after that you will have the options of choosing USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground..

Q: How soon before my order arrives?

A): Transit times depends on your destination.Keep in mind our standard order processing time is 1-3 days. This is the time the order is placed until it leaves our warehouse. This time frame does not include weekends or Holidays. (Please allow up to 5 days during November and December) If processing of your order will exceed these times,I will contact you to let you know.

Q: I didn't get all my packages for my order. What do I do?

A): We may have to ship your order in more than one box due to the size so it is possible to receive multiple packages on different days. This is usually caused when packages get separated during transit.

Q: Will I get a tracking number for my order?

A): All Domestic orders leave our warehouse with tracking/delivery confirmation. There is no additional cost for this service. Orders over $100 may require a signature upon delivery of package. Once your order has shipped, we will send a courtesy Order Status email complete with tracking information, product details and destination address.
 
Q: Do you ship internationally?
 
A): No,I do not ship internationally at this time.

What is Dropshipping?

Dropshipping is the procedure in which a retailer does not stock the goods they offer for sale but instead, once a sale is made, uses a wholesaler to ship the goods to their customers for them. The retailer makes their money on the difference between the price they sold the item for and the cost the wholesaler charges them.

Is there a fee for using your Drop Ship Services?

Unlike most dropshippers, Matt's Gift Shop does not charge a fee to their customers in order to use the drop ship program. Our dropshipping program is free to use. You will only pay for the item(s) you sell plus shipping charges. This puts all the profits into your pocket.

Can I use your pictures and descriptions?

As long as you will be using us to dropship the item(s), you may use our pictures and descriptions. You may edit any item picture you like or change the descriptions if you like when listing our items for sale.

How do I add your items to eBay?

You will need to copy our pictures to your computer. Create a folder on your desktop and name it ebay, Go to the picture you wish to copy from our website, right click on the image and select "Save Image As". On the screen that pops up, navigate to your ebay folder on your desktop and save the picture to that folder. You can then upload the image to your auction using Turbo Lister, or using the eBay Online Auction Lister. We recommend Auctiva. They offer Free image hosting, Free templates and will showcase all your auctions on each auction page.

Adding the description is easy. Simply copy and paste the description from the item page on our website into the Description box when listing your auction.

Can I list your items on my website?

Sure, simply choose the items you wish to add to your website, and add them. You can use our pictures and descriptions if you like.

How do you know my order is to be dropshipped?

When you checkout, simply enter your customers address in the "Shipping Information" section when checking out. We will always ship to the address entered in the shipping section. Make sure it is correct. If paying with Paypal, make sure you enter your address on Paypals website. If using a Credit Card, use your billing address in the "Billing Information" section.

Do you use your company name on the shipping label or include pricing on the invoice?

We do not include invoices with the packages. All invoices are emailed to you. There is no literature in the box your customer receives. We do not use our company name on the shipping label. Instead we use "Customer Service Center".

Are their any restrictions on using your Dropshipping Program?

1) If you choose to pay for dropshipped orders using Paypal, you must have a confirmed address with Paypal. If your address is unconfirmed with Paypal, you will need to use a credit card (Paypal debit cards are ok to use).

2) You need to make sure you enter YOUR confirmed Paypal address in when you are on the Paypal website making payment. Do not enter your customers shipping address as this will cause a delay in processing your order. We will use the shipping address entered in when you placed the order on our website and not the Paypal shipping address.
